Dont worry about your website. Just do the following steps to remove the virus from your website.

Step 1 : First of all scan fully your computer.

Step 2 : Download all files from your website server.

Step 3 : Scan all files which you download.

Step 4 : Now delete all things in server space.

Step 5 :Are you finish the above steps? Great.. Till now dont use FTP for upload and download. Close your ftp and put it on dustbin.

Step 6 : Now open the Control Panel and change your control panel and FTP password. [Note : Set the password like name@#23. so its some critical to hack.]

Step 7 : Now open all your website files and check line by line carefully. Check near body tag. If any different codings is there? that means any other website link? Great you find the virus coding. Delete that line after confirm it. In that way only the virus attack your website.

Step 8 : If you unable to find virus coding, goto Google Webmaster tool and register your site to there. Then the webmaster tool announce you the virus codings. Then delete the codings.

Step 8 : Now Upload all website files one by one through Control Panel File Manager.

Step 9 : Dont use this userid and password in FTP. For some reason dont use FTP some days.

Step 10 : Use Control panel to upload all website files to server.
